Estate Planning 

Notarization of essential estate planning documents such as wills, power of attorney, living trusts, and advanced healthcare directives.  

Apostille 

Are you or a loved one traveling outside of the US and need a document certified authentic for use in the destination country?  For those countries that are part of the Hague Convention, this process of certification is called Apostille. For non-Hague countries the process is known as authentication.  

Hospital/Medical Facility/Nursing Home

When confined to a hospital or nursing home, it can be difficult to impossible to travel to get a document notarized.  I will travel to hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities to notarize your documents.  I take special care in understanding the sensitive environment and work to make the signing as comfortable for you or your loved one.  I work around shift schedules, 

Real Estate Documents/Loan Signings

NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent handling loan signing documents for purchases, sells, refinances, and HELOCs.  We also handle deed transfers such Warranty Deeds, Special Warranty Deeds, and Quitclaim Deeds.  Support lenders, title/escrow officers and real estate agents in processing real estate documents for closing.    

Jail and Detention Center 

Sometimes life just happens and we or loved ones find themselves in trouble with the law.  In those situations where an inmate needs a document notarized, I am there to assist them without judgement or lack of empathy.
